CALL FOR PAPERS, DEMONSTRATIONS, WORKSHOPS, TUTORIALS and PANELS

(August 24-28 2009, Lyon, France)

VLDB is a premier annual international forum for database researchers, vendors, practitioners, application developers, and users. VLDB 2009, the 35th conference in the series, will be held in Lyon, France.

The conference will feature research talks, tutorials, demonstrations, and workshops. It will cover current issues in database and information systems research. Databases remain one of the technological cornerstones of emerging applications of the twenty-first century.

VLDB 2009 will be organized into four tracks, each with its own Program Committee:

  • Core Database Technology
  • Infrastructure for Information Systems
  • Industrial, Applications, and Experience
  • Experiments and Analyses
